iPaymex, Inc was formed by Asa Williams after several years of working with other companies in the payment processing industry. The goal of the company is to be the premiere merchant processing organization in the world by offering the most comprehensive selection of payment options on one central platform. The company is currently operating at a class A office location in downtown Seattle, WA.

Gerald Carpio joined the company in May of 2006, with technology experience in the payment processing industry. He has at the behest of Asa Williams furthered the iPAYMEX Global Payment Platform by Mid-May of 2006.   

 Our current goals are:

(1)   To constantly improve upon the infrastructure and technology of the company

 (2)   Continue to acquire aggressive sales team members to generate sales and revenue

 (3)   Utilize existing sales channels by marketing to financial professionals in order to distribute the iPAYMEX Global Payment Platform to millions of users

 (4)   Access capital via the public markets as a means for expansion through; acquisitions, organic business development, and Research and Development
